Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Buddoo Books purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. To initiate a return, please email us at info@buddoobooks.com with your order number and reason for return.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping.
